Horrible Liked: Nothing Disliked: The facility was disgusting. The check-in process was through a plate glass window. The table in the room has cigarette burns on it in a non-smoking room. The AC wasn’t functioning. There were people with police in the parking lot that weren’t being allowed to go back to their rooms I did not feel safe. I did not feel comfortable. I asked for a refund and they granted it because it’s a creepy place.

Bad Liked: Nothing Disliked: Eveything the first sign of the property was very unprofessional very unclean and very unsafe. There were prostitute standing outside and homeless people sleeping in the front and speaking to the service desk agent. He asked me if I was scared, which made me very uncomfortable as well. I was told that I would get a full refund. I only got $11 refunded to me so the property just was very inconsiderate. I did not stay at the hotel. I literally told them that I didn’t want the room and would like a refund.
